These guys were incredible and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Within 24 hours of contacting them, they completely replaced our entire outside condenser unit. They also spent an hour on the phone explaining to our warranty company why it would be more cost-effective to replace the entire condenser than to repair the compressor. Their patience in that process literally saved us $2500.We had gone 3 weeks without A/C because we were being forced to work with the company contracted through our home warranty provider, and these guys stepped in and saved us within a day of contacting them. They shoot you straight and explain the cost of everything, and they also took the time to work with our warranty company so we could get reimbursed for the entire expense.I have so much faith in these guys that I'm planning to cancel the home warranties that I have as soon as they expire, and I will just work directly with Brazos AC in the future.
